Position: Care Worker (Casual or Part time)

Graduate Program
You don't need to be a graduate. However, if you if you have recently completed a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care), you can join our Graduate development program as you transition into the workforce and help put your skills into practice.

About the Role:
As a Care Worker, you’ll support our clients in their own homes and out in the community. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and domestic tasks.
Ensuring the safety of clients during the service and supporting their needs.
Providing companionship, emotional and social support.
Providing Transport services.
Respite care.
The ideal candidate will have:
A qualification in aged care or disability support (Preferred but not compulsory).
A reliable smartphone with data (Compulsory).
A current Australian driver’s licence (Compulsory).
Comprehensive car insurance (Compulsory).
Willingness to undergo a Police Check (National Police Certificate) as part of the employment process.
Experience:
Manual handling: 2 years (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
First Aid Certification (Preferred)
CPR Certification (Preferred)
NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Preferred)
Working with Children Check (Preferred)
