About the role

As the successful applicant, the Solar Labourer will support our lead electrician in installing solar systems on residential roofs throughout the Sunshine Coast.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• assisting with installation of solar panels and other system components
• performing general labour tasks incl. lifting, carrying, and moving equipment
• maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition.
• ensuring work sites are kept organised & safe
• adhering to OH&S regulations and procedures.

(You will typically work in a team of 3, but we also do commercials which would mean a larger team.)

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• Full Australian working rights essential
• Previous Labourer experience essential
• Solar installation experience highly preferred
• Full Drivers Licence essential
• Proven ability to work unsupervised
• Current White card essential
• Working at Heights license preferred.
