Elite Cleaning Service SA is a family owned and operated business. We specialise in cleaning offices, medical centres, learning centers, schools and strata cleaning. In this role, you will be an integral part of the ECSSA team. You will be provided with all necessary equipment and training in order to succeed in your day-to-day tasks. In this role, you will be directed by management and required to work both independently and in teamwork settings. Successful candidates will be guided through our training process and mentored to achieve high quality training in cleaning and customer skills.

Position Information & Requirements

Ability to work a MINIMUM of 15 hours per week

Excellent people skill

PLEASE provide full available hours (Monday-Sunday 24hr) during daytime and night time hours (please note the majority of work are allocated after 3PM Monday - Friday)

High attention to detail

Excellent team working skills

Own a smart phone

Must have their own Car and valid driver’s license.

Valid Police Clearance or Willing to apply

No experience required

Must have a WANT TO LEARN ATTITUDE!

Mandatory Position Responsibilities

Ensuring all tasks to be completed outlined on checklist and achieving the highest level of quality cleaning, attention to detail and care in every service.

Ability to manage time - prioritising tasks, using positive judgement to meet client expectations.

Ability to manage time and complete set tasks given within the set time frame.

Knowledge of cleaning products and cleaning solutions to each application.

Ability to follow safety policies and procedures (e.g. safe use of cleaning products/ appropriate response to emergency situations).

Responsible for refilling and topping up supplies located at our office in Netley.

Able to communicate with management and inform them of any feedback for all cleaning jobs.

Able to take initiative, help others out and willing to adapt to change and growth.
