The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated A2 or A3 Accredited Certifier to join our growing team. This is a flexible role suitable for those seeking:

You will have the opportunity to manage your own workflow while being supported by our administration and inspection team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and determine Development Applications, Complying Development Certificates (CDC), Construction Certificates (CC) and Occupation Certificates (OC).

• Undertake mandatory critical stage inspections.

• Ensure compliance with the NCC, BCA, and relevant Australian Standards.

• Maintain accurate records and reports in line with NSW Fair Trading requirements.

• Provide clear, professional advice to clients, builders, and other stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

• Current A2 or A3 Building Certifier Accreditation with NSW Fair Trading.

• Strong knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and NSW legislation.

• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

• Professional Indemnity Insurance (or eligibility).
