Microsoft Intune Technician – Windows 11 Migration

What you’ll be doing

Building and configuring Intune policies to get devices Windows 11 ready

Supporting large-scale device upgrades, including wipe and load migrations

Troubleshooting Intune issues (policies, app deployments, compliance errors, connectivity)

Working closely with IT and deployment engineers to resolve escalations

Creating easy-to-follow technical and user documentation, FAQs and guides

Monitoring device compliance and fixing non-compliant endpoints

What we’re looking for

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune in enterprise environments

Proven track record supporting Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations

Understanding of Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access and Autopilot

Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive, customer-focused approach

Great communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team

Bonus points for PowerShell scripting and Microsoft 365 expertise
