The Company

An exciting emerging player in the cardiology space. They have an exciting new device that takes a leap in the diagnosis of cardiac disorders.

The company has already put down their foundations in Australia, and are looking to grow their operations.

The role

The Customer Success Manager role is primarily a mix of training and troubleshooting. As new practitioners start to utilise their device, the business want to ensure the device is being used optimally - and that spans everything from using & setup of the device, effective data capture, smartphone connectivity & usage of the diagnostic toolset.

The customer success manager will run training sessions (sometimes group, sometimes one on on, sometimes face to face, sometimes via CV) with newly onboarded practitioners and specialists to coach them how to best use the product. You'll also be involved in troubleshooting issues for patients & existing practitioners.

We are though also looking for someone with some sales acumen. Someone who can follow up on leads, someone who will ask for referrals. Some one who is able to close out relatively straight forward deals.

As such, we're looking for someone who brings some decent medical training and understands the cardiac cycle (maybe a nurse, someone who studied physiology, or even a GP) bus also brings come commercial sales experience (and spent time in pharma sales, but we're open minded - whitegoods, appliances, cars, real estate, etc - any would be fine.)

The role will be based in metropolitan Melbourne, but there will be the occasional trip to Tasmania, regional Vic & Adelaide.
