Physiotherapist + Injury Management Consultant

• Permanent Part-Time opportunity – Minimum 8 hours a week, ideally across Wednesday and Friday, but we’re happy to work around your schedule.
• Location - The ideal candidate will live in or around Brendale (Albany Creek, Carseldine and surrounding suburbs) with the expectation of travelling within 30 mins from home.
• Remuneration - Enjoy a salary range of $85,000–$100,000 (pro rata) plus Superannuation, Professional Development Allowance, and Travel Allowance.

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging physiotherapist with experience in private practice or musculoskeletal care to join our team in Brisbane, delivering occupational rehabilitation and physiotherapy services. Preferred onsite hours are across Wednesday and Friday, ideally in two 4-hour or two 8-hour shifts. However, we’re happy to offer flexibility for the right candidate.

Working across a range of clinics onsite in organisations, you will be collaborating with organisations and their employees to prevent & manage injuries within the workplace, driven by the belief that happier and healthier people perform better. You won't be stuck in the same 4 walls of a clinic everyday - you will be out on the floor with workers, consulting with health and safety professionals and be actively involved in proactive initiatives in the workplace. Being a Physio at Axis allows you to use your interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills, without being hands on with patients all day AND still doing what you love but in a more sustainable way, that way you can be a Physio for many years to come.

In this role you will:

• Provide onsite Physiotherapy and occupational rehabilitation to employees in the workplace
• Create & support innovative early intervention physiotherapy and wellbeing services for our customers
• Closely consult and collaborate with both employees, managers and organisations to support a happy & health workforce
• Participate in and contribute to a strong team culture across the Axis team, both locally and interstate.
• Enhance Axis’ reputation as a market leader in providing onsite Physiotherapy and rehabilitation services.

You will bring the following:

• Completed Bachelor of Physiotherapy
• Previous experience as a musculoskeletal or private practice Physiotherapist (at least 12 months)
• Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Agency (AHPRA)
• Professional indemnity insurance
• Full Australian working rights
• Australian drivers license and access to your own private vehicle
