Maintenance Contractor – Club House

CTHGC is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Contractor to oversee the maintenance of our Club House, three days per week, approximately 24 hours per week.

This is a key role responsible for ensuring that all property, plant, and equipment are well maintained and operating at optimal levels.

Remuneration based on qualifications – $45.00 to $65.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs across all areas of the Club House and surrounding area.

Coordinate with suppliers and contractors when required.

Ensure all maintenance tasks are carried out in line with Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations.

Identify and report potential issues before they become problems.

Keep accurate records of maintenance works and inspections.

About You:

Proven experience in a similar maintenance role.

A strong eye for detail and high standards of workmanship.

Sound knowledge of WHS practices and legislation.

Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to maintenance.

Trade certificates desirable.

Must have reliable own transport.
