Casual Sales Consultant – F45 Training Nerang

Are you a gun salesperson who loves chasing results and turning conversations into conversions? F45 Training Nerang is looking for a Casual Sales Consultant to help drive our growth and keep our studio at the top.

About the role

This role is all about sales, lead generation, and conversion. You’ll be the first point of contact for people enquiring about our studio, building excitement and moving them through the process from lead → trial → member.

Your responsibilities will include:

Generating leads and actively following up

Making high-volume outbound calls to enquiries

Closing sales – booking prospects onto trials and selling memberships

Building strong relationships to nurture leads during their trial

Converting trial members into long-term paying members

Hours: approx. 2–3 hours per day, flexible as needed.

What we’re looking for

A confident, persuasive communicator with proven sales skills

Hungry for results and motivated by hitting targets

Comfortable on the phone and can quickly build trust & excitement

Organised, driven and proactive in following up leads

Passionate about fitness and helping people change their lives

💥 Extra bonus if you hold a Certificate III or IV in Fitness – we can also offer additional casual hours as one of our F45 group training coaches.
