About the role

Due to expansion of operations , Allan’s Pool Shop is seeking a reliable, honest and hard-working Electrician/Electrical Fitter/Electrical Fitter Mechanics to join their team at the store on Anderson Street. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with demonstrated experience in a similar role in swimming pools and spas in domestic, commercial and public settings. The position is located in a brand new workshop with airconditioning. This is a good fit for aged electrician who wants to work in a comfortable environment until retirement. The position requires;

Requirements

To repair, rebuild and work with pumps/pump motors/chlorinators and pool cleaning robots.

Very strong fault finding abilities with high level of efficiency.

Daily preparation of quotes/ price estimates.

Strong will of keeping his/her knowledge up to date with pool equipment technology .

Contribute to the establishment and updating of store policies and procedures

Completes work assigned by Store Manager/Directors

Qualifications/Experience:

Demonstrated experience in a similar role

Must hold at least five years trade experience

Basic computer skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work autonomously, without supervision

Working efficiently within required time frames

Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and a focus on compliance and WHS procedures

Physically fit
