At Eaglevision, no two days are the same. We run a successful mortgage broking business and an exciting AI start-up and now we’re looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to work directly with our Head Broker & Founder, Nathan.

This is more than just an admin role. You’ll be involved in strategy, growth, and execution across two dynamic businesses, with the chance to shape projects and make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

Partnering with Nathan on strategy and helping drive business growth initiatives

Managing schedules, emails, and client communications

Assisting with both personal and business-related administration

Supporting the mortgage broking workflow – from client follow-ups to loan documentation and compliance

Getting hands-on with projects for our AI start-up, helping turn ideas into action

Liaising with lenders, clients, partners, and third parties to keep everything moving smoothly

Who You Are

Experience in administration, personal assistant, or client service roles

Strong organisational and communication skills

Confidence working independently and managing multiple priorities
