For the past 6+ years, Leaps and Bounds has been committed to providing multidisciplinary (OT, Speech, Physio and Positive Behaviour Support) services to our local Caboolture (and surrounds) community. In an NDIS landscape increasingly dominated by sole practitioners, we stand apart by championing a truly collaborative, team-based model of care. At the heart of our practice is a strong, supportive team environment where professionals work closely together to deliver our renowned ‘wrap-around’ approach. This commitment to integrated care allows us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients with higher and more complex needs—empowering families and transforming outcomes through shared expertise, compassion, and teamwork.

Our team utilizes a unique model of care that incorporates the following:

We triage referrals from our very long waitlist, so that we can provide support to the families' who need our support the most.

We start each year off with our family planning meetings which include all important people involved in the care of each family, where we align health/medical and family priorities to ensure we provide the ‘right therapies at the right time’. With the extended team we develop a prioritized list of therapy goals that focus on ‘one step at a time’.

We provide therapies where the families need it the most, whether it be in the clinic, at home, at daycare/school, at the pool, the park or even at McDonalds!

We provide ‘joint therapy’ sessions where therapists from disciplines can work together with families.

In addition to our commitment to high quality service delivery, we also value work-life balance and our directors are proud to say that they have never ever denied a leave request in the history of the business!

In terms of positive team culture our whole team eat our lunch together every day; we participate in regular team bonding activities and work together to give back to our community with our various events that we have hosted (Disability Balls and Children's Christmas').
