Sea-Doo/Can Am Technician Wanted

Are you passionate about powersports and an expert in all things Sea-Doo and Can Am? We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Sea-Doo (PWC) - Can Am (Motorcycle) Mechanic to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on all models of Sea-Doo personal watercraft and Can Am on road and off-road vehicles.

Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) and service new and used units.

Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.

Maintain accurate records of all work performed.

Communicate effectively with customers about their service needs and repair status.

Promote a safe and healthy working environment whilst fostering a fun and capable workshop.

Qualifications:

Trade qualified mechanic in either marine, motorcycle or light vehicle trades.

Proven experience as a personal watercraft technician or motorcycle mechanic specifically with Sea-Doo/Can Am is highly advantageous.

Certification or training from BRP and familiarity with BRP diagnostic tools (BUDS) is a significant plus.

Strong diagnostic skills and critical thinking.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

A valid driver's license is required and a forklift ticket is an advantage.

Benefits:

Competitive salary $60k - $85k (depending on experience and capabilities), a strong work life balance supported by demonstrator unit staff usage policy, staff ride days, ongoing training and BRP Technician certification.
