You will be a key part of Plico's Operations and Service team. You will be supported by a management team of experienced electricians with industry knowledge.

Skills and Experience

WA A-Grade Electrical License.

WA Driver's License (Manual).

SAA Accredited Installer is advantageous.

SAA Battery Accreditation is advantageous.

Previous Solar PV & Battery Installation experience will be advantageous.

Previous experience working on Alpha ESS or Redback Technologies hybrid systems will be advantageous.

Working at Heights.

White Card.

Be capable of working within a team and supervising an apprentice or trade assistant.

Package

$50 - $60 per hour + penalties

$3k sign-on bonus on completion of probation period.

Maintained work vehicle.

Company provided Milwaukee power tools.

Laptop/Ipad/Phone.

Allowance for your own solar + battery or battery only system.

SAA Solar/Battery Certification if not already attained.

Already have an apprentice you like? If they’re a good fit, we will happily take them onboard.
