Join a national team that actually backs you. You will own a warm, high-potential pharmacy territory across Sydney’s South and South West for a prestigious, household-name client. You will have clear targets, strong coaching support, and products pharmacy teams know and trust.
Territory span
Covers Sydney’s South and South West from Bankstown through Liverpool, Fairfield and Cabramatta, down to the Sutherland Shire including Hurstville, Miranda and Cronulla. Extends to Campbelltown, Camden and Narellan. Regional travel to the ACT, Goulburn and the Southern Highlands occurs once per quarter, typically 2 to 3 nights away.
The role
Build pharmacy relationships, lift distribution and execution, and translate brand plans into in-store wins. Plan your week, prioritise high-value accounts, and keep clean CRM data so decisions are fast.
What success looks like
Month 1: onboarding complete, territory plan in place, priority stores visited, merchandising standards locked in, confident product detail calls
Months 2 to 6: KPI trajectory on track, distribution and compliance uplift in priority SKUs, reliable call cadence, CRM insights that drive action
Key responsibilities
Educate pharmacy teams on the product range and patient benefits
Build trusted relationships with pharmacists, retail managers and buyers
Plan and sequence calls to meet and exceed KPIs
Execute POS and planograms to brand standards
Record visits, outcomes and next actions in the CRM the same day
About you
At least 2 years in pharmacy, OTC, FMCG or healthcare sales
Confident communicator who builds trust quickly
Commercially minded, organised and accountable
You live on-territory, hold a valid driver’s licence, have comprehensive car insurance, and a reliable, road-safe vehicle
Nice to have: Science, Health or Business background, or Medicines Australia certification
Tools and support
Product training, a clear coaching rhythm with your manager, and the right toolkit to do the job: iPad and iPhone, and Perenso CRM.
Pay and benefits
Twelve-month contract with a view to permanency based on performance and business needs. Competitive package that includes:
