Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our team. as a Disability Employment Consultant in the new Inclusive Employment Australia contract.
Living in or having a strong connection to the West Kempsey areas is a distinct advantage. We believe local knowledge and community ties bring authenticity, trust, and understanding to our work.

Essential Requirements
Current driver’s licence & own comprehensively insured car
Working with Children Check & National Police Check
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desirable Requirements
A tertiary qualification
Minimum Certificate IV in disability, employment services, community services, or marketing & sales
Recent experience working in DES or Workforce Australia
Experience working with people with disability
