Your Role
You’ll be hands-on in a high-performing workshop, specialising in heavy equipment service, repairs, and component rebuilds. But this isn’t just a toolbox role — it’s about setting the standard, sharing your know-how, and helping guide the team around you.

Day-to-Day, You’ll:

• Carry out precision fitting and welding repairs on heavy mobile equipment
• Installation, Refurbish and service critical components with accuracy and pride
• Support apprentices and junior trades as their technical sounding board
• Drive safety, quality, and team standards across the workshop
• Complete repair documentation and maintain accountability on jobs

What You’ll Bring

• Mechanical Fitter trade qualification (essential)
• Solid welding and fabrication skills
• Experience with heavy equipment repairs and servicing
• A safety-first mindset and pride in your workmanship
• A willingness to mentor others and step up as a team leader
