About Us

DANS In Home Care has been providing local, person-centred support for over 20 years. We’re a down-to-earth, community-based team that puts people first. We support clients to live independently in their own homes and stay connected to the people and activities they love.

About the Role

We’re looking for caring, reliable Care Workers to join our team. Shifts are available across weekdays and weekends—you choose what works for you.

Duties include:

Personal care, medication assistance, and daily living support

Transporting clients to appointments or community activities

Building supportive, respectful relationships with clients and their families

Promoting independence and wellbeing in everything you do

What You Need

Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support or similar (preferred)

Experience in disability, aged care, or community work

A valid driver’s licence and willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR

A caring, reliable nature and commitment to person-centred support
