As Housekeeping Supervisor at KADD Facility Group, you will lead and support our housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction This role combines leadership with administrative oversight, helping to create a welcoming environment for both our clients and staff.

Key responsibilities include: -

· Overseeing the cleaning of guest rooms ensuring thorough inspection and that standards of cleanliness and guest comfort are maintained to the highest level according to our company standards.

· Ensuring that room cleaning productivity is monitored closely and maintained.

· Establishing and maintaining cost control systems for staff, linen inventories, cleaning, and guest supplies.

· Training of all staff to use equipment and cleaning chemicals safely and correctly.

· Oversee the correct storage and control of all cleaning in line with the environmental procedures and the approved chemical register.

· Report maintenance requirements for guest accommodation and public areas to the Operations Manager, monitoring to ensure prompt action has been taken.

· Administrative tasks such as rostering, approving timesheets, recording and accurately storing lost property and keeping all storage areas secure and locked.

Desired skills and experience:

Previous Housekeeping Supervisor experience within a hotel setting.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Effective time management and the ability to balance competing priorities.

Ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
