In just the past year, Smile Society Nova Adelaide has expanded from 2 chairs to 4 chairs, and our patient community continues to grow. With this growth comes the need for a high-performing Dental Assistant who can keep up with our fast-paced environment while prioritising patient comfort, experience, and clinical excellence.

About the Role

As a Dental Assistant, you’ll play an integral role in delivering seamless, high-quality dentistry and an outstanding patient journey. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting patients with empathy and professionalism before, during, and after treatment.

Chairside support during general, surgical, and cosmetic treatments (including implants).

Setting up, sterilising, and maintaining treatment rooms to the highest standards.

Assisting with stock control and clinical organisation.

Contributing to a team culture that values collaboration, growth, and accountability.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is not just capable, but committed to excellence:

Previous Dental Assistant experience is highly valued (surgical/implant exposure a bonus).

Certificate III/IV in Dental Assisting, or willingness to complete one.

Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tasks to a high standard.

Professional, reliable, and adaptable in a busy, evolving clinic.

A positive team player who cares deeply about patient experience.
