What we’re looking for:
✔ Current NSW Security Licence (with Crowd Control, Security Officer Unarmed & Monitoring functions)
✔ Experience in the security industry (retail security experience highly regarded)
✔ Current First Aid & CPR certification
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔ Professional presentation and a high standard of personal grooming
✔ Ability to work across a rotating roster (days, nights, weekends)
✔ Physically fit and able to handle dynamic security environments

What you’ll be doing:

Protecting the safety and wellbeing of customers, tenants, and staff

Responding quickly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and first aid situations

Conducting patrols and monitoring CCTV systems

Enforcing site rules and by-laws in a professional manner

Using your communication, negotiation, and de-escalation skills to resolve conflicts

Delivering friendly and professional customer service — being the welcoming face of security

Building positive relationships with the local community and stakeholders
