We are seeking experienced Mental Health Clinicians (Mental Health Registered Nurses) to join our dedicated community mental health teams across various regional locations in Victoria, including Traralgon, Warragul. These multiple positions will focus on providing comprehensive care to individuals in both community and inpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct urgent and routine mental health assessments.
• Develop and implement safety plans and holistic treatment approaches.
• Collaborate with consumers, families, and carers in recovery planning.
• Deliver individual, group, and family interventions.
• Liaise with community services to ensure seamless support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

You are a compassionate and resilient mental health professional with a strong commitment to recovery-oriented, person-centred care. You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills and value the lived experience. Working collaboratively with consumers, their families, carers, and a multidisciplinary team, you'll conduct thorough assessments and deliver tailored therapeutic and pharmacological interventions to develop personalised recovery plans.
