THE ORGANISATION

This is a values-driven, state-wide service providing specialist crisis support and advocacy for victim-survivors of family and domestic violence. Operating 24/7, the organisation delivers information, referral, safety planning, risk assessment, and access to secure crisis accommodation. Guided by trauma-informed and evidence-based practice, the team is committed to creating systemic change, empowering women and children, and ensuring safety, dignity, and respect for all.

THE ROLE

As the Data Analysis Officer, you will play a key part in shaping data insights that drive organisational strategy and service delivery. This role will see you collating, analysing, and interpreting data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability in reporting. You will deliver regular reporting to executive leaders, support external funding acquittals, and develop innovative approaches to data management, ensuring evidence-based decision making across the organisation.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCED

• Must have experience with Power BI + SHIP homelessness software knowledge
• Tertiary qualifications in Data Science or equivalent, or demonstrated experience in data analysis
• Strong statistical analysis skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent project management and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and preparing accurate reporting for external partners
• Current Working with Children Check and willingness to undergo a National Police Check
