Our Amazing Underwood Service is seeking a second Nominated Supervisor to join our team and work alongside our established Nominated Supervisor. Underwood is a large service that requires two exceptional Nominated Supervisors to help drive and support our diverse cultural backgrounds, an outstanding team of Educators, and assist the service to grow within the community.

At Expeditions Underwood, you will work alongside our excellent Nominated Supervisor, who has created a collaborative, supportive and fun working environment for the team of Educators. Expeditions Underwood is a purpose-built service, under 5 years old, with a state-of-the-art swimming pool onsite and a state-of-the-art kids' cafe.

The position encompasses the following:

Providing quality childcare, supervision and support to the children, families and other staff members at our service

Ensuring the centre is compliant with all state legislation and NQF standards

Delivering a program compliant with the learning frameworks and based around the children's interests

Delivering consistent high-quality care and presentation to all work practices

Building and maintaining strong relationships with centre staff, parents, children and the wider community

To be successful in your application, you must have the following:

ECT or working towards

Diploma Qualified

Current Working with Children Check

Police Criminal Check

Child Protection Training

Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma and CPR qualifications

Experience implementing the various learning frameworks (specifically the EYLF)

Ability to provide a rich and stimulating environment to all children

Professional attitude

Effective and competent communicator

Empathy, motivation, inspiration and a genuine love for the education of children

Ability to work with a supportive network, i.e. Educational Leader and external management company

A high attention to detail, ability to provide an organised room environment and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
