Civil by Parker is a family-owned business based in Ballarat, Victoria. We are expanding and looking for people with the right attitude to join our team. Our work includes asphalting, spray sealing, stabilisation, civil construction, general labouring, and crack sealing across local, state government, commercial, industrial, and private projects.

About the Role

We are seeking Crew Members who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty, are keen to have a go, and want to learn new skills in the road construction industry. You’ll work on a variety of projects in Ballarat and regional Victoria, with the opportunity for ongoing, full-time work for the right person.

Hands-on experience in all areas of road construction, including:

Driving pavers

Operating skid steers

Line marking

Spray sealing

What We’re Looking For

White/Red Card (Construction Induction Card)

MR or HC licence preferred (not essential for all roles)

Experience in asphalt, spray sealing, or civil construction is desirable but not required

Physically fit and able to work in a demanding environment

Punctual, reliable, and willing to learn

Great communication skills and a team-player attitude
