An exciting opportunity to support large-scale mining and environmental projects with one of Australia's leading resource companies. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Environmental Advisor to join our Environment, Nature, and Science team, contributing to the delivery of critical environmental assessments and approvals across the Pilbara region.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, and regulators, supporting environmental survey programs, reviewing technical reports, and ensuring compliance with approval requirements-helping to protect and enhance environmental values in one of Australia's most unique landscapes.

Your Responsibilities

Prepare environmental scopes and coordinate specialist surveys across multiple environmental factors

Review and interpret technical reports, datasets, and GIS outputs

Develop high-quality approval and compliance documentation in line with regulatory requirements

Collaborate with internal project teams and consultants

Assist in monitoring, reporting, and maintaining compliance with environmental conditions

Candidate Profile

Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or Environmental Engineering

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the resource sector in a similar role

Knowledge and understanding of the Pilbara environment

Proven skills in GIS software and Microsoft Office applications

Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate and prioritise competing tasks effectively
