  • lead and contribute to projects that introduce and integrate new technologies, working with vendors and partners, shaping internal processes, and driving smarter ways of working; and
  • act as a trusted technical expert, always looking for ways to improve service delivery, enhance digital experiences, and support a culture of continuous improvement.

  • A creative and curious mindset with a knack for solving tricky problems and designing smart, people focused tech solutions
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, particularly Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business, with hands on experience setting up virtual meeting spaces, Teams Rooms and integrating third party services to level up collaboration
  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to work across teams to deliver secure, compliant and seamless M365 services that support how we work and connect
