About the role

Victorian Imaging Specialists' is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our team in Traralgon, VIC. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support within our medical imaging practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated and passionate healthcare team, delivering high-quality services to our community.

What you'll be doing

Assisting radiologists and radiographers during medical imaging procedures

Providing compassionate nursing care to patients before, during and after their appointments

Monitoring patients' vital signs and overall wellbeing

Administering medications and other treatments as required

Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records

Ensuring a clean, safe and well-stocked clinical environment

Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver coordinated patient care

What we're looking for

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a medical imaging or acute care setting

Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with patients, their families and the healthcare team

Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly as part of a close-knit team

Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care
