Love plants and working outdoors? Join The Green Gallery, a family-run, award-winning nursery producing colourful perennials, tropical foliage, and succulents for Sydney’s retail nurseries.

We’re looking for casual nursery hands (full-time hours) with the chance to go permanent. Overtime available in busy seasons.

You’ll need:

Love of plants (experience welcome but not essential)

Physically fit & happy to work outdoors in all weather

Quick learner, reliable, and able to work at pace

Driver’s licence & own transport

Permanent work rights in Australia

What you’ll do:
Potting, planting, watering, pruning, picking orders, quality control, and loading trucks.

There is an opportunity for seasonal work (eg 6 months) for backpackers (WHV) that are interested in working with plants. We are not a part of the visa extension program (88 days farm work)
