Common Area Cleaner / Laundry Attendant / Restaurant Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Common Area Cleaner / Laundry and Restaurant Assistant

Common Area Cleaner is across three properties in Hamilton and Windsor. This casual position features a rotating schedule of 5 days per week.

NO WORKING VISA, NO SPONSORSHIP - Must have NO working restrictions

Requirements:

Must Have a Car: You will need to drive between the three properties daily.

Must Have a RSA

Immediate Start: We are looking for candidates who can start right away and are located in Brisbane.

No Sponsorship Available.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean common areas and public spaces within the motels (equipment provided).

Handle commercial laundry tasks, including washing, folding, and ironing pillowcases—attention to detail is a must. - House person duities IE handling Linen, transporting linen clean and dirty, between properties

Assist the chef in the motel's alfresco café/restaurant by taking orders, delivering room service, and clearing tables. An RSA is required.

Maintain the cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, including window and pressure cleaning.

Keep grounds free of litter, manage bin schedules, and replace bins as needed.

Engage with guests and provide assistance as required.

Performed hotel laundry and housekeeping duties.

Conduct deep cleaning tasks, including AC filter maintenance.

Complete additional tasks as directed by the Hotel Manager.

Daily rotation across three motels—reliable transportation is essential.

ALL OF THE ABOVE is a MUST and you must be able to communicate well as you will interact with guests

Properties are Pegasus Motor Inn, Hamilton Brisbane Airport and Imperial Motel Windsor

Requirements:

Must have a car travel between properties is required, and KM will be reimbursed.

Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, to assist guests effectively.

RSA certification is mandatory.

Flexibility to work across multiple sites and adapt to a rotating roster, including weekends. Shifts range from 8 AM to 4 PM, 12 PM to 8 PM, and 2 PM to 10 PM, with shifts lasting 6-8 hours - Rostered in accordance to business and can not be selected.
