The Role:

As an Intermediate Accountant at HTA, you will:

Prepare financial statements, income tax returns and activity statements.

Draft budgets, forecasts, CGT and FBT calculations for review.

Prepare management reports that add real value to clients and allow them to make better business decisions.

Work with a diverse client base across a broad range of industry sectors.

Participate in client meetings and communications.

Work in a team reporting directly to the Partner.

Experience and Qualities We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in public practice

CA or CPA in progress or complete

Strong knowledge of taxation & superannuation legislation

Previous experience in public practice

Willingness to learn and develop your financial craft

A love for technology

Xero certification with an understanding of payroll

Strong client service skills
