Choices Flooring are seeking motivated Labourers to join our Mildura based team on a full-time basis, assisting the Installer teams for our leading flooring retailer.

This role is also suitable for applicants who are interested in becoming an installer in the future!

Your responsibilities:

Assist flooring installers with on-site tasks across various projects

Support the preparation and installation of carpet, vinyl, timber and marine flooring

Load, unload, and deliver flooring materials to job sites as required

Carry out general warehouse duties including organising and moving stock

Maintain clean and orderly work areas

Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents

Provide general hands-on support across all areas of the business

Personal attributes:

Prior experience the building industry is advantageous, but non-essential

Current driver’s license

Construction white card is desirable

Good physical fitness and stamina

Clear communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable punctuality

A motivated and hands-on approach
