Competitive Hourly Rate: $34.46 – $34.67 base rate + Shift Allowances + Salary Packaging + Super

Glenelg: AM shifts with opportunities for additional shifts
Felixstow: AM, PM and night shifts with flexibility to pick up extra shifts

Your Role Will Include:
Providing personal care, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene support
Assisting residents with meals and hydration
Promoting wellness practices that enhance independence and quality of life
Following individual care plans and documenting care notes accurately
Safe and effective use of mechanical aids
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
A warm, friendly, and motivated approach to supporting others
Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
Competency in writing and entering care notes electronically
Understanding of Aged Care standards and guidelines
Desirable:
2+ years of Aged Care experience (highly regarded)
Previous consistent night shift experience (for night shift roles)
