We are looking for a motivated and reliable Pick Packer to join our busy medical logistics team. In this role, you will prepare, pack, and send surgical loan kits to hospitals, helping operating theatres get the tools they need for surgeries.

No experience in healthcare? No problem! Full training will be provided - we are looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and can work well in a team.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)

What you will do:

Pick, pack, and dispatch medical loan kits for surgeries

Check and restock kits when they are returned

Work with delivery drivers to arrange pickups and drop-offs

Keep accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts

Complete required paperwork and invoices on time

Build good working relationships with hospital staff

Suggest ideas to improve warehouse processes

What we need from you:

Able to stand on your feet for up to 8 hours a day

Able to do manual lifting as part of the role

Reliable, punctual, and responsible

Good attention to detail

Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team

Good communication and organisation skills

Interest in healthcare or warehouse work (experience with inventory systems is a bonus but not required)

Commitment to work with us for at least 6 months, with the chance to stay longer

Requirements:

Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (unlimited work rights)

Valid COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate

Two recent professional references
