We’re seeking a Permanent Coordinator for our Avondale Heights program.
Hours:
Morning: 7:15 am – 9:15 am
Afternoon: 2:45 pm – 6:00 pm
Plus: 3 admin hours weekly

Job Description
What You’ll Do
Create Inspiring Spaces – Provide a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where children can thrive.
Lead Learning & Play – Plan and deliver activities that spark curiosity, creativity, and skill development.
Build Connections – Develop positive relationships with children, families, and your team.
Champion Well-being – Ensure the health, safety, and overall well-being of every child in your care.
Lead & Support Your Team – Guide and mentor a team of Educators to deliver exceptional care and learning experiences.
Qualifications
Do you have what it takes?
- A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to making a positive difference
- Experience in childcare or early childhood education
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Relevant certifications (CPR, First Aid)
- Australian work rights
- Diploma level qualification as recognised by ACECQA completed or working towards
