🛠 About the Role

We’re expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals to work as Carpet & Flood Restoration Technicians in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.
This role involves cleaning carpets, extracting water after flooding, setting up drying equipment, and helping clients restore their properties.

No experience is required – just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. Full training provided.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Carpet steam cleaning and water extraction

Setup and monitoring of drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.)

Assist with removal and reinstallation of carpets and underlay if needed

Perform moisture readings and take photos for reports

Deliver friendly and professional customer service

Participate in after-hours or weekend emergency jobs when needed

📋 Requirements

No experience needed – training provided

Australian Driver’s Licence – any class

Physically fit (able to lift equipment up to 25 kg)

Punctual, reliable, and proactive

Willing to work flexible hours when needed

Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
