Casual Position | Friendly Specialised Practice | No Night Shifts

We are a dedicated and patient-focused no-scalpel vasectomy clinic operating across multiple Sydney locations. We are currently seeking a compassionate and efficient Enrolled Nurse to support our doctors and ensure high-quality care for our patients in a respectful, discreet, and professional environment. All training will be provided.

Kingswood

Narellan

Broadway

Castle Hill (opening soon)

Sans Souci (opening soon)

You will be working across these sites as needed, so a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transport is essential.

Role Overview:
As a clinic nurse, you will be instrumental in patient care before, during, and after the procedure. This role combines clinical skills with patient communication and education, in a calm and structured setting.

Responsibilities:

Preparing patients and clinic rooms for vasectomy procedures

Assist the doctor during vasectomy procedures

Deliver clear, compassionate pre- and post-op instructions

Provide reassurance and support to patients in a professional manner

Cleaning and sterilization of instruments

Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to infection control standards

Occasional admin work as required

Requirements:

Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse(EN)

Experience in minor surgical procedures, day surgery, urology, or men’s health is advantageous but not essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and travel between clinic sites

Full Australian driver’s license and own transport

We are looking for a nurse who could commit to at least 3 days/week. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday shifts.
