The Role
We’re seeking a hands-on Caravan Detailer & Pre-Delivery Inspection Worker to prepare caravans and motorhomes for sale and customer delivery. This is a varied role where you’ll take pride in presentation, follow inspection processes, and help ensure every vehicle meets our high quality standards before it reaches the customer.

What You’ll Do

Clean and prepare caravans, motorhomes, company vehicles, and stock vans for sale or delivery, ensuring a high standard of presentation.

Follow pre deliver inspection checklists and report any defects, issues or concerns to Workshop manager.

Identify and report any damage, defects, or issues on caravans or motorhomes prior to accepting them into service or handing them back to customers.

Undertake cleaning duties in the workshop, including sweeping and maintaining a clean and safe floor daily.

Complete Job Cards accurately, recording time and tasks as allocated.

Work independently, as well as collaboratively with the Service team to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures to perform duties in a safe and efficient manner.

Uphold high cleanliness standards across the workshop and encourage all staff to maintain these standards.

What We’re Looking For

High attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good time management and teamwork skills.

Physically fit and capable of manual tasks (lifting, bending, varied conditions).

Current driver’s license (essential).

Previous experience in detailing, cleaning, or vehicle preparation (automotive or caravans) is an advantage but not essential.

A versatile Handy Person with strong troubleshooting skills to maintain, repair, and problem-solve across a variety of tasks
