The Role
We’re looking for a hand on Crane technician to join our skilled crane servicing team. From installing and repairing cranes and hoists to working directly with clients, you’ll play a key role in ensuring safety, quality, and reliability on every job.
This role offers the opportunity to transition into FIFO work on a 14/14 roster once you are fully trained and established within the business. You’ll work with leading mining clients in remote locations and gain hands-on experience across a range of on-site and field service jobs. All travel and accommodation are provided.

Key Responsibilities

Install, service & maintain overhead cranes, hoists, and lifting gear

Fault diagnosis using electrical & electronic instruments

Install electrical switchboards and connect systems to power supply

Test circuits and ensure compliance with safety standards

Complete electronic service reports and documentation

Mentor junior technicians

What You’ll Need

WA "A " Class Electrical Licence

Background in crane maintenance, mechanical servicing, or comparable industrial equipment roles

Knowledge of Crane and Lifting standards AS1418 and AS2550 (highly desirable)

Strong mechanical aptitude

High-risk EWP licence & Working at Heights certification

WA Driver’s Licence

Ability to travel/work away when required

Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting skills

Good communication and reporting abilities

Able to pass pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening
