The Opportunity

We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Warehouse Operator to join our dedicated team on afternoon shift. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our warehouse, with a strong focus on high reach forklift operation and stock movement.

The successful candidate will have a current forklift licence, solid high reach forklift experience, and a strong commitment to safety and accuracy in all warehouse activities.

Casual hourly rate is between $33.09 – $35.25 based on skills and experience, however additional shift allowances apply for afternoon shift.

Responsibilities

Operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts to move, store, and retrieve stock

Load and unload goods safely and efficiently

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch

Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records

Follow all warehouse safety protocols and procedures

Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Our ideal candidate

Current forklift licence (LF) with strong high reach forklift experience

Experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in pharmaceutical, manufacturing or FMCG

RF experience will be highly regarded

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role
