I am recruiting for a Financial Assistance Consultant for a non-bank lender. Professional environment and an opportunity to work for a stable, solid business in growth mode.
Responsibilities:
-Hardship management and customer engagement.
-Providing advice, options and a bespoke approach to helping customers to manage payments, and monitoring those agreements.
-Liaising with customers regularly to monitor and pivot with any circumstances that might change.
-Be aware of legislation pertaining to personal insolvency and hardship management and commit to developing in that area.
Experience:
-Previous Collections/Hardship experience within the banking & financial services industry.
-Ideally 2-5 years’ experience in this area.
-Strong customer focus and passion for delivering quality outcomes for the customer / must be eloquent and have solid writing skills.
-Solid interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with customers.
-Can do attitude with a positive outlook.
Attractive salary with 5 % bonus on top.
