At EverStrong, you’ll work with motivated, proactive members Aged 50+ who choose to invest in their long-term health before it’s too late. They arrive ready to train, open to coaching, and eager to learn.

💼 What’s the role?

Deliver high-quality Group Exercise Classes and 1:1 Functional Assessments

Part-time: 19 hours/week with flexibility to increase or decrease hours based on your preferences and lifestyle

Remuneration: $75,000–$85,000 FTE + Commission + 12% Super + Profit Share/Bonus (depending on experience, role scope, and contribution)

Clear Leadership Pathways: Progression into leadership roles with bonuses and profit-sharing opportunities of up to $30,000 per year.
