Responsibilities

In this exciting role, you will:

• Manage warm inbound and outbound lead enquiries via phone and web.
• Answer calls, assess customer service needs, prepare quotes and onboard new customers.
• Go the extra mile and provide a best-in-class, personalised customer experience for customers.

Your Profile

• You’re a true people person, highly polite, resilient and patient.
• You’re a proactive professional, interested in internal sales, and is not afraid of having complex conversations with customers over the phone.
• You’re available for an in-office job, Monday to Friday, 38-hour per week, with rare weekends. Start hour varies from 7.30-9.00am and rosters will be made available with proper notice.
• You would enjoy working with a global leader in sustainability.
• You're confident in your communication ability.
• You have basic computer skills to operate a CRM system, emails, and MS Office applications.
