About the role:

We are looking for engaged Support Workers with experience in providing behaviour and medication support to clients. Medication training and Blood Glucose training would be highly desired but not required, as training can be offered to the right candidates.

Location:

Midland

Hours (shared between two support workers):

Mondays - 4pm-9pm

Tuesdays - 8am-3pm

Wednesdays - 3:30pm-9pm

Sundays - 8am-4pm

What is involved:
• A person-centered approach in guiding, coaching and supporting.
• In home daily activities.
• Following therapy and positive behavior plans.
• Applying PBSP strategies to promote customer well being
• Ensuring that all compliance, as well as required documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner

Key Requirements:
• High level of reliability and resilience for customers with diverse, complex needs
• Valid working rights
• NDIS Screening Clearance
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate

• First Aid Certificate

• Current WA Class C drivers’ license and own reliable car

• Medication training and Blood Glucose training are highly desired but not required
