Join SHINE SA as a Medical Administration Officer!
We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Medical Administration Officers (MAOs) to join our team across multiple locations.
We have two fixed-term, part-time positions available until 31 August 2026:
0.8 FTE role based at Woodville, working Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
0.4 FTE role based at Hyde Street, working Tuesdays and Thursdays.

About the Role:
As a Medical Administration Officer, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our Clinical Team. This position is perfect for someone with exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for making a difference. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping to create a welcoming and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional, responsive medical reception services
Schedule and manage client appointments
Maintain accurate client records and support clinical operations
Assist with administrative tasks, including mail, facility management, and financial data
Contribute to a positive client experience and uphold SHINE SA’s values
What We’re Looking For:
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in clinical administration
