About Your Role

Process over-the-counter and phone sale transactions with efficiency and a friendly attitude.

Inform customers about current promotions and special offers.

Address customer queries and complaints, providing helpful solutions.

Manage in-store displays and merchandise to keep the store looking its best.

Participate in regular training and development to build knowledge of power tools and boost sales.

About Your Skills

Strong desire to achieve both individual and store targets.

Genuine interest in building materials and products.

Competent with basic computer operations.

Positive attitude, with a drive to succeed and grow in your career.

University graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be utilised.

Experience in building and construction products and/or being able to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
