In this role, you'll be responsible for a mix of preventative and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works on electrical systems and equipment. You'll be working closely with facility managers, tenants, and clients to ensure minimal downtime and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on commercial sites
• Conduct RCD testing and other compliance-based electrical testing
• Work on lighting, power, and switchboard systems
• Set up and maintain temporary power supplies
• Service and maintain specialized equipment (including laboratory systems where applicable)
• Supervise and mentor apprentices and junior technicians
• Organise jobs, materials, and associated administration
• Liaise directly with clients, tenants, and stakeholders to coordinate works

About You

• NSW Electrical Licence (essential)
• Strong background in commercial maintenance
• Experience in both preventative and reactive maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills for dealing with clients and colleagues
• Ability to supervise, train, and mentor junior staff
• Comfortable managing jobs from start to finish, including administration and materials coordination
