About the Role
We’re partnering with a leading construction business in Victoria seeking an HSE Advisor to drive health, safety, environment and quality outcomes across active projects.

You’ll be involved both on-site and off-site, working closely with project teams, subcontractors and management to ensure compliance, engagement, and best practice HSEQ performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Implement and maintain HSE systems, policies and procedures
• Support site teams with risk assessments, incident investigations and reporting
• Coordinate audits, inspections and compliance checks
• Engage with stakeholders to promote a proactive safety culture
• Monitor legislative changes and ensure documentation is up to date
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HSEQ practices

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in an HSE role, ideally within construction
• Cert IV in WHS (additional qualifications welcomed)
• Sound knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
• Confident communicator with a collaborative, hands-on approach
• Flexible and adaptable to changing project needs
