About the Role:

As the Registered Nurse (RN/M1) you will provide nursing services across various health service settings, progressing from novice to proficient practitioner through continuous professional development and hands-on experience. You will be accountable for maintaining high standards of care and managing delegated activities responsibly.

As the Clinical Nurse (RN/M2C), building on experience and further study, you will provide competent to proficient nursing care in diverse settings. You will accept accountability not only for your own practice and delegated tasks but also for guiding and developing less experienced staff. While primarily clinical, this role includes assigned portfolios tailored to your career development plan and negotiated responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For:

RN/M1

• Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
• Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
• Experience in the use of computer packages e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel.

RN/M2C

• Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
• Registered Nurse with at least 3 years, full time equivalent, post registration experience.
• Experience in the use of computer packages e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
• Experience in the leadership and direction of student nurses, enrolled nurses, and less experienced registered nurses.
