We seek a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team and provide personalised support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives and achieve their goals. In this role, you will work closely with clients to assess their needs and deliver tailored assistance in reaching their goals through daily activities, personal care, and community engagement.

The minimum requirements are:

Cert III Individual Support Work—Disability or three years of work experience in the field.

Current NDIS worker screening.

Current WWC.

First aid and CPR.

Completion or willing to complete the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.

Be competent in Microsoft Word and Outlook and familiar with data entry.

The capacity to collaborate as part of a diverse team and work autonomously.

Ability to problem solve and use initiative.

Have Strong communication skills and demonstrated flexibility in methods of communication.

We are offering rotating Monday through Friday, Weekend, and overnight shifts to accommodate your lifestyle and family commitments.

As a Disability Support Worker, your responsibilities will include fostering independence, promoting well-being, and advocating for our clients' rights. You will collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to create and implement individualised support plans, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities are essential.
